Application process

We know applying for graduate roles can feel daunting, so we keep our graduate recruitment process clear, supportive and easy to follow. We’ll stay in touch with you at every stage.

1: Apply online
We welcome graduates from a wide range of degree backgrounds who are curious, enthusiastic and looking for a supportive place to start their career. As part of your application, you’ll submit your CV, academic transcript and responses to a few short questions to help us get to know you.

2: Application review
Our recruitment team and hiring managers review applications carefully, considering your skills, interests and potential.

3: Assessment
In the next stage, you’ll get an invitation to complete our short online assessment to showcase your interest in Tonkin + Taylor. After that, you’ll get an invitation to come to one of our of our offices for an interview-style event where you’ll be assessed on your technical and consultant capabilities. The day includes a group activity, an information session, and a lunch – giving you the chance to learn more about us and meet our people. In some locations, this stage may be replaced with a standard interview.

4: Offers
Graduate offers are made in May. If you receive an offer, our recruitment team will call you to talk through the details. If you’re not successful after the assessment day, we’ll still contact you and provide feedback.
